Candy floss & fuzzy hearts

I found these amazing Cakey Perry perfect candy floss cookies over at The Decorated Cookie (click link to find out how to make your own) and their super talented creator Meaghan has given us permission to recreate these for Cakey Perry. I could not love these more! I trust you all agree and these are a menu must?..
